A Life Coach can support you in clarifying your ideas and goals, and staying on your desired path.  By building a relationship with my clients, my mission is to support you in moving towards and attaining your goals, and creating a lifestyle you love.

Every client signs a commitment contract with their Life Coach.  Based on your individual goals and plans, I establish the terms of the commitment contract and with your input, we agree and sign the contract.  

The first step is to schedule an introductory session, otherwise known as a coaching consultation.  In that session, we will discuss your goals and my coaching approach to determine alignment and establish next steps.
